ISTL have delivered almost 4,000 apartments since our inception in 1995. Engineering a variety of centralised and de-centralised systems across many M&E disciplines. From 2 storey blocks to 25 storey towers and higher, we have the experience and expertise to work with any building technology from simple timber frame to the latest steel and concrete structures.
Build to rent

ISTL has successfully delivered a range of Build to Rent projects, focusing on modern living solutions designed for long-term rental.
