The Brief
Provide the highest standard of energy efficiency incorporating an array of intelligent eco-friendly features, all contributing towards less fuel consumption and lover energy bills for tenants.
ISTL contributed to building 50, one and two bedroom apartments spread over two connecting blocks on the site of the old three brewers pub on Colchester avenue.

ISTL worked closely with the main contractor and project stakeholders to deliver a seamless and efficient fit-out.
Key contributions included:
- Use of air source hot water cylinders to turn hot air into hot water.
- Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) system which purifies the air flow in each apartment whilst heating the apartment
- Electric storage heaters working in tandem with economy 7 smart meters
- Fire alarm & sprinkler systems
- Latest security and access control systems
