Bellway Homes – A brand new residential community in Cardiff
The Brief
Bellway Homes required the delivery of a reliable and sustainable mechanical and electrical infrastructure for the delivery of 900 luxury one, two and three bedroom apartments, spread over multiple blocks in the bay area. The development includes fifteen buildings varying from six to ten stories.
