477 student accommodation units across 27 stories, with additional 11- and 5-story conjoining buildings. The development also features two ground-floor commercial/retail units, an alcohol treatment center, and four duplex apartments.

Bridge Street Exchange – Elevating Urban Student Living in Cardiff

The Brief

The Watkin Jones Group sought to deliver a landmark student accommodation project in the heart of Cardiff that would redefine urban living standards. As the tallest building in Cardiff city center, the 27-story Bridge Street Exchange was envisioned as a dynamic hub for students, blending residential, retail and community services in a single development.
ISTL was tasked with delivering core infrastructure services to meet the modern demands of student living.
